1. The service

Oldtimerevents.com is a directory of classic car events, museums, garage stories and related businesses, operated by Bánhidi Viktor Attila (1118 Budapest, Regős utca 11. 8. em. 36., Hungary; tax number 90151947-1-43; info@oldtimerevents.com — the "Operator"). By using the website or registering an account you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

Registration is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your credentials safe. Accounts may be registered with an e-mail address and password or via Google sign-in. You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes your access, while published listings are handled as described in section 3.

3. Listings and content

Listings you submit are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed without justification, in particular if they are unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to classic motoring. You must hold the rights to all content and photos you upload, and you grant the Operator a non-exclusive licence to display them on the website. Listing details (dates, prices, venues) are provided by the submitter — the Operator does not guarantee their accuracy and is not the organiser of listed events.

4. Free and paid plans

Basic listings are free. Paid subscription plans (with higher listing limits and extra visibility, such as featured placement) are available at the prices and with the feature sets displayed on the Membership page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in euros. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled.

5. Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and features remain active until then. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

As the subscription is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase, by subscribing you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has begun (Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) § 29(1)(m)). Cancellation for future periods remains available at any time as described above.

6. Liability

The website is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted listings, for the conduct of event organisers or advertisers, for temporary unavailability of the website, or for the content of external websites linked from listings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability towards consumers for intentional damage or damage to life, limb or health.

7. Complaints and disputes

Complaints: info@oldtimerevents.com. Consumers may also turn to the Budapest Conciliation Body (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). These terms are governed by Hungarian law.

8. Changes

The Operator may amend these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Changes affecting active subscriptions will be announced in advance, and if you do not accept them you may cancel before they take effect.
